most of their business it can also be used to communicate customer experiences and their business practices. It is just the nature of the beast and something that keeps this forum on the net because it is information people want. There is nothing wrong with posting the negative experiences along with the positive ones. Z1 can perform a lessons learned, take what they feel to be constructive criticism, filter out the customers who’s disgruntled demeanor has taken over their lives and try to move on and fix their flaws. Also potential customers can take information, and make qusi educated decisions as to weather they want to give Z1 their business--- something I wish I did more of before I made the Z1 choice…..
